Today's attempt is quite a flop... The cupcakes did not rise at all. Looks like i need to do a fishbone analysis to determine the root cause (<-- this is what i call bringing work home). Well, at least the chocolate ganache topping is good.Too bad, the cake is beyond redemption and human consumption so i did not bring it along for a friend's gathering that day. But it is still good enough for a picture..
