12 weeks 2 days: Andre's 1st trip to the Botanical Gardens

Daddy and mummy brought Andre to the Botanical Gardens today. Bravo to daddy even though he watched the Man U vs Wigan match from 4-6am. At 7.30 am, we left for the gardens. Little Andre is not used to waking up so early, so he snoozed a big part while dad and mum stroll in the park. Well, although his sense of sight is not stimulated, at least Andre is breathing in the morning fresh air.

At the end of the walk, Andre finally woke up :) Seeing his excellent mood, we decided to walk a little more. I love these set of pictures, especially the last one with the big grin. Nowadays, Andre just loves to be carried upright. Guess the view of the world is better than lying down.

12 Weeks 1 day: Playtime

Andre can now hold the handle pretty long. The preference is on the right hand though.

12 Weeks: Dinner with Dua Gu!

Dua gu is back from China for X'mas. The whole family took this opportunity to go out for dinner. Gong gong has some vouchers at Holiday Inn Copthorne Inn so we went to try out the buffet. Andre was very co-operative and slept in the sarong throughout the dinner all the way to back home.

11 Weeks 5 Days: X'mas gathering at home

Mummy's secondary school friends decided to drop by for the annual x'mas gathering and gift exchange. This year, we have Stef, Janice + Chee Siong, Choon, Joanna and Veronica. Chef Chee Siong painstakingly prepared all the food and barberqued for us! In short, the girls just opened their mouths and eat. hehehe...

11 Weeks 4 days: Andre and his new toys

11 Weeks 2 Days: X'mas Eve Dinner

Mummy decided not to cook this evening as she is not looking forward to washing dishes and the kitchen. We decided to take a risk and brave the crowds in Orchard Road. Went California Pizza Kitchen at Forum. The food is good! Baby Andre was all cooperative and slept for one hour in his pram while we ate. With all the lovely smells, he must be dreaming of pizzas and pastas!

After dinner, we went Toys 'R' Us for some last min shopping before heading home. Some pictures taken by the tree.

After baby was tucked into bed, daddy and mummy drank some lovely champagne and nibble on some exquisite macaroons, compliments from Aunty Diana Ser. Feeling ever so blessed.

11 Weeks 2 Days: Christmas Eve

Yay! Daddy is on leave from today till the rest of the year (there's a photoshoot on the 30th and a countdown show on the 31st though... but it feels good to have dad at home)

Our first 造型---DRUM ROLLLLLLL>>>>> It's Hip-Hop. See... Andre even know how to compliment it with the correct action and poses. 神气得很！

Mummy specially ordered this T-shirt for Andre. It says "100% lovable" Originally, it was supposed to be a romper, but the order came wrong. In the end, the seller let us have this t-shirt free and send in another romper with a different wordmark.

11 Weeks 1 Day: Yippeeee! We've got mail!

We have a parcel from 姑妈妈 today. It's a box of lovely baby clothes. Mummy couldn't even contain all the pictures in one photograph and has to split the loot into 4 pics... There are about 50 over assorted pieces. Excellent quality with brand (don't play play).

Andre can now be a FASHIONISTA, the next Suri Cruise, where he can wear a new set of clothes for each outing.

11 Weeks: Fisherprice Safari Mobile

This safari mobile is loaned by Aunty Janice and Andre enjoys staring at it a lot. Nowadays whenever the music stops, Andre will "Eh.. eh.. eh", asking mummy to restart it again. Once i get the music going, he'll be quiet again. Sometimes he'll laugh when i peck the animals at his face.

His cot is like a little zoo. When he sleeps, he is accompanied by Lion, Zebra, Elephant and Gigi the Giraffe.

10 Weeks 6 Days: Pictures

We left baby with gong gong and po po for the 1st time to watch a movie, Avatar. (Well, daddy and mummy really need some time to ourselves. Need to recharge our batteries, otherwise life simply revolves round milking, diaper changing and making baby sleep). It's our first 3D movie and boy, it was GOOOD! Love the story line, and as what Kevin says, there is not a single fault we could pick from the show. Meanwhile, Andre didn't sleep at po po's place. When we picked him up at 10pm, he was so touchy. On the account that he wasn't in a bawling state when we reached home, good job son!

10 Weeks 5 Days: X'mas lights at Orchard Road

Daddy and Mummy pak tor for 6 years and never went down to Orchard to enjoy the romantic X'mas lights. Thanks to baby Andre and mummy's insistance, we went down to Orchard on a sunday evening (Daddy happened to have an OE at Shaw house and we took the opportunuty to stroll down Orchard Road)

1st time on the car child seat. Compliments from Aunty Janice.

6:00-7:20 pm: Daddy went to work while mummy checked out the Isetan sale. Bought an Avent microwave steriliser at 20% discount. It's really really good, small, sterilise within 2 minutes and best of all, CHEAPER. Really regretted buying the traditional steam one, though it has a bigger capacity. After the purchase, nurse Andre in the nursing room. It's so cool with all the facilities provided. See daddy changing for Andre?

7:20-8:30 pm: Went Ion jewellery street. Daddy bought Andre's lovely X'mas present. A little cross with Jesus, to be worn on X'mas day.

At Lee Hwa. The shop was all spot lights, making Andre squint as his pram was facing up.

8:30 pm-9:00 pm: Had ramen for dinner. Good boy Andre slept throughout dinner.

9:00pm-9:45 pm: Stroll down Orchard to enjoy the lights. Andre likes it though it's way past his bed time.

10 Weeks 5 Days: Andre shaved his head for the 2nd time

It's been 7 weeks since the last hair cut. The hair is growly out fairly unevenly. With the back totally empty. See post at 10 weeks.

So daddy decided to shave a 2nd time, hopefully by chinese new year in about 2 months time, we'll have a better crop of hair. It's time to try the brandy treatment.
