And so we attended the Rainbow Centre Charity Fair. It is a school that provides special education to children with learning difficulties. Of course, a one time trip does not mean anything, but we hope to immerse Andre more in the act of charity as he matures. Of course, the parent's behaviour has the greatest influence. And so we will strive to be good role models for our boy to follow.

Just a side note: This is the amazing part about parenthood. It makes you want to be a better person! Cos whatever you do, your child models after you!
At the entrance. Andre has a green balloon dog. He loves green very much by the way.
It's a crowd. A lot of cajoling for donations by passionate volunteers.

Andre plays his first fun fair game. Dunk the toy into the clown's mouth. The kind folks were so nice to let him literally put his hand into Bozo's mouth. And Andre won a marshmallow.
After an hour or so, with musical performances by the children, we headed home. Our most precious purchase is a mango mousse cake by the patit patissierie. The set of cake and decorations costs $50, but we could keep it till 6 Oct, Andre's birthday. All the $ goes to the children's charity, and Andre gets to have a meaningful birthday celebrtaion. Perfect!
