Poor Andre got badly bitten by the mossies at po po's place. Called the NEA and they found a swarmed breeding ground at the rubbish chute. Darn the stupid management! How could they let this happen? Hope they get a whopping big fat fine. Some of the biites even swell up to a 10 cents size. When i'm at home, i could practically see the mossies buzzing by under my nose,let alone my poor baby who is there 10 hours a day.
